Teeanna Brisco (JD '22), center, throws her arms into the air after being hooded at commencement in May. She wants to pursue criminal justice reform, inspired by her father, who was given a life sentence plus 240 years for non-violent drug crimes when she was four years old. He was recently released and present at her law school graduation ceremony.
